Dr. Smith is a therapeutic Optometrist with experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, and home
health eye care. Optometrists are considered the primary care doctors of eye care and are licensed to diagnose and treat many
eye conditions as well as detecting many systemic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, HIV, CMV, MS, lupus, CVA, lyme disease,
cancer and others.

Daniel Seltzer has been a Florida Licensed
Optician for 29 years. He is also certified to fit, fill, and adapt contact lenses, and is a low vision aide specialist. He
is a member of the Professional Opticians of Florida, The Guild of Prescription Opticians of America, A firm member of the
Opticians Association of America.
Sheri Evanson is a Florida Licensed Optician with
19 years of experience in the Optical field. She is also Board Certified to fit, fill, and adapt contact lenses. She is a
member of the Professional Opticians of Florida, and has been employed at Optical Effects for 14 years.
